Return and exchange policy

Exchange policy:

1- The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him from the store within the three days following the date of receipt of the product.

2- In order to replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. The consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated

Return Policy:

1- The consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the store within two days following the date of receipt of the product.

3- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process, and the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

4- If the store bears the shipping costs and fees, they will be deducted from the return amount
